Questions regarding auditions should be sent to:balletmaster@minnesotaballet.org Videos should include barre and center (including pointe for women)and in performance if possible, and may be asked to attend a Minnesota Ballet company class. The Minnesota Ballet prefers to consider female dancers of 5'-1" to 5'-6", and male dancers 5'-7" to 6'-1" The Minnesota Ballet does not accept résumés by fax or e-mail. Technical stage crew If you would like to be part of the Minnesota Ballet as technical stage crew, please call or e-mail Ken Pogin, Production Manager. Stage hands work on a per-show basis, but may also be called upon for loading and unloading of a tour show. A typical work schedule for a performance at the DECC is a full day: (8:00 am - 10:00 pm) load-in and set-up, then evenings for the rest of the week (6:30 pm - 10:30 pm), unless there is a matinee performance.
