    At the little ball with LOTS of fun things to do, we danced to live music by Peter Provost and Combo–or just watched–nibbled on hors d’oeuvres from The Pickwick, sipped wine or vodka cocktails from George’s Liquor, strutted our stuff wearing fancy hast in the Parade of Hats, enjoyed a floor show, and bid on great items in the auction, including a 64-inch flat screen television and a private party for 75 at the Black Water Lounge!

    Sugar Plum Fair
    Celebrating the Opening of The Nutcracker Holiday Season
    Sunday, November 3 • 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
    Ballet’s Grain Exchange Studio • 301 W. First St., 8th floor (across from the YMCA)
    $5 Admission

    We kicked off The Nutcracker season with this delicious, fun celebration of ballet, chocolate, and shopping. We watched presentations by School of the Minnesota Ballet students. We relished delectable desserts from The Exchange. In the silent auction, we bid on classy ballet decorations, books; gift baskets; nutcracker decorations.

    Proceeds benefited financial aid to the School of the Minnesota Ballet.
