Studio Four Rentals
Located in the historic St. Louis County Depot, Studio Four is Minnesota Ballet’s dynamic event space. When not in use by the company or academy, Studio Four is available to rent, on a sliding fee scale, to the public for performances, fundraisers, and special events. Studio Four is fully equipped as a dance studio and theater.
As a space for dance rehearsals or recitals, Studio Four features a sprung floor (with or without marley), full-length mirrors, barres, and a sound system plus adjacent locker room. For concerts, recitals or performances, Studio Four has theater lighting and sound, tiered seating for up to 140 patrons, and dressing room. For special events, Studio Four offers a projector and screen, podium and wireless microphone, standard or dinner theater seating, and a staffed concession stand offering a wide range of soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and sumptuous snacks.
