1:30 – 2:40 p.m. Silent Auction of Ballet & Nutcracker Decorations, Gifts 2:40 p.m. Close of Bidding/Welcome
2:45 – 3:15 p.m. Class Presentations: Creative Dance I/II, Boys, Ballet III–VII 3:15 – 3:30 p.m. Paying for Items
Instructions for Creative Dance I/II, Boys’ Class & Ballet III-VII students:
Please arrive at 1:15 p.m. (unless otherwise instructed) in your best class attire.
To minimize changing, please wear street clothes over your class attire.
Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The rehearsal schedule for The Nutcracker production is rigorous and mandatory.
Dancers cannot be in The Nutcracker unless they can commit to
every Saturday rehearsal through to the production.

Performances, November 14 – 19, 2017: Cedar Falls, IA (departing possibly Tuesday November 14th, returning November 19)
The Nutcracker will be performed at the DECC Symphony Hall
7 p.m. Fri., Dec. 8 & Sat., Dec. 9 • 3 p.m. Sun., Dec. 10
Fergus Falls, MN: December 12 – 17th.

Saturday, December 2 (Company in Rehearsals)
12:30–1:15 Street Scene / Party Scene
1:15–2:00 Battle Scene / Snow
2:00–2:10 BREAK
2:10–3:30 Act II – ALL, Dances (including Gingerbread), FINALE, Final Street Scene
Cast members will be notified of the remaining rehearsals,
which will be held EVERY Saturday, INCLUDING MEA Weekend,
with the sole exception of Thanksgiving Break.
Costume Fitting (date & times to be announced)
The Nutcracker will be performed at DECC Symphony Hall:
